Distance Treatment Programmes

With patients in over 25 countries around the world, along with a large number of patients at the beginning of their treatment programme unable to travel, The Optimum Health Clinic has extensive experience working with patients remotely.

Although in the early days of the clinic, recreating the atmosphere and direct support available at the clinic was not easy, developments in technology and the clinic's protocols have made a massive difference.  We can confidently say now that our home based treatment programmes can be as effective as those done in person.

Some of the reasons why include:

1. The possibility of doing sessions by Skype video, where you and your practitioner can actually see each other on a webcam.  Webcams can be bought for as little as £20 and installation is very easy. 
2. If you prefer to work by telephone, as long as you give us a landline number, we will call you anywhere in the world and will cover the call charges.
3. We have an immense patient support site with answers to almost any question that might come up between sessions, along with access to Secrets To Recovery (which has over 50 hours of audio downloads) included free with some treatment packages.
4. Our detailed handouts, worksheets and CD support programmes mean that between sessions you will have everything you need to keep up the momentum.

Psychology Department:
We have recently launched our Telephone Treatment Programme (TTP) which, in addition to telephone or Skype video sessions with your practitioner, includes 12 CDs and access to a further 50 downloads.  To read all about this click here.
